THESE POSITIONS WILL HAVE A START DATE OF AUGUST 5, 2024

THEATRE TEACHER

  • Instructor in acting/theatre basics

  • Teach with emphasis on acting, speech, theatre, improv, dialects, and other theatrical skills.

  • Prepare and implement theater games and activities to coordinate with lesson plans.

  • Assist the director with classroom rehearsals, blocking, and character development for the spring performance on MAY 2-3-4, 2025.

  • Help with responsibilities during rehearsals and performances such as: 

  • COSTUMES

  • MAKE-UP/HAIR

  • SETS & PROPS

  • BACKSTAGE

  • LIGHTING & SOUND

OFFICE & TEACHING ASSISTANT:

  • Assist teachers during classes.

  • Greet and dismiss students.

  • Register attendance.

  • Conduct theatre and movement games

  • Assist the Director as needed during rehearsals and performances.

  • Attend rehearsals of productions as needed.

  • Participate in productions with various backstage responsibilities.
